RE: INFORMATION FOR FEBRUARY 1, 2005 INTERNATIONAL COMMITTEE MEETING
The first meeting of the International Committee in 2005 will be on Tuesday, February 1st.
A preliminary agenda for the meeting will be circulated to the committee in late January.
The meeting will be held at the Investment Company Institute in Washington D.C. with
videoconference participation available from Los Angeles, California. The details for the two
locations are listed below:

The meeting will begin at 1:00 p.m. Eastern time (10:00 a.m. Pacific time). Lunch will be
available in both locations, prior to the meeting in Washington and following the meeting in
Los Angeles.
