RE: CONFERENCE CALL REGARDING AUSTRALIAN STAPLED STOCK TAX ISSUES
A Tax Committee conference call has been scheduled for Wednesday, December 15,
2004 at 4:00 (EST) to discuss tax issues related to Australian stapled stock. A draft list of stapled
stock, compiled from information contributed by Tax Committee members, is attached. Please
forward any additional information for the stapled stock list to the undersigned at
cbarre@ici.org.
If you would like to participate in the call, please complete the attached response form
and fax or e-mail it to Ezella Wynn by Tuesday, December 14th at noon.
