RE: NOTICE OF OPEN BROKER/DEALER ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING -
JUNE 26, 1990

Members of the Operations Committee are invited to attend
the "open" meeting of the Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee on
Tuesday, June 26, 1990 (this portion of the two-day meeting is
also open to outside vendors). The meeting will be held at the
Hotel Meridien which is located at 250 Franklin Street, Boston,
MA 02110 beginning at 9:00 a.m. with continental breakfast.
Lunch will be served and the meeting is expected to be over at
approximately 4:00 p.m.
For your convenience, we have reserved sleeping rooms at
the Meridien at the rate of $165.00 per night (single or double).
To make hotel reservations, please call the Meridien at (617)
451-1900 no later than Thursday, May 17, 1990 and tell them you
want a room in the ICI/Broker-Dealer Advisory Committee meeting
block.
In order that we have an exact count of who will be
attending this meeting, we ask that you complete the attached
form and return it to Rita Pemberton at the Institute by May 17,
1990. Please return the completed form by mail or, if you
prefer, fax it to Ms. Pemberton at (202) 293-7016.
An agenda for the meeting will be sent shortly before the
meeting.
