RE: NOTICE OF MEETING - JUNE 11, 1990

This is to advise you that there will be a meeting of the
Insurance Company-DTC-FUND/SERV Advisory Committee starting at
8:30 a.m. with continental breakfast on Monday, June 11, 1990 at
the J. P. Morgan Hotel located at One Haynes Street, Hartford,
Connecticut 06103. The meeting is expected to continue until
approximately 3:00 p.m. Lunch will be served.
For your convenience, we have booked sleeping rooms at the
J. P. Morgan Hotel for the night of Sunday, June 10, 1990 at a
rate of $125.00. To make hotel reservations, please call the
hotel at either 1-800-922-5006 or 203/246-7500 by Friday, May 18,
1990 and tell them you want a room in the ICI/G. R. Phelps Block.
In a February 29 memo to the Insurance Company-DTC-
FUND/SERV Advisory Committee, Bruce Avery asked some of the
members to contact certain individuals to invite them to the June
11 meeting (see attached memo). Accordingly, if you have done
so, please let us know the name, address and phone number of
anyone you have contacted by calling Rita Pemberton at 202/955-
3551 to give her that information.
