A meeting of the Closed-End Investment Company Committee has been scheduled for
Wednesday, November 3, 2004 at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H
Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. The meeting will be held in the David Silver Conference Room
on the 12th Floor from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00p.m. Eastern time. Lunch will be served following the
meeting.
