RE: MISSISSIPPI PROPOSES RULE CHANGE

The Mississippi Securities Division recently proposed an
amendment to Rule 225 that would require payment of a $50 fee
with the submission of the annual sales report required for
issuers claiming indefinite registration. The filing fee is in
addition to the registration fee. A copy of the proposed
amendment is attached.
Anyone wishing to comment on the foregoing may submit

(601) 359-6371. Comments must be received no later than April
16, 1990.
