RE: PRELIMINARY AGENDA FOR IOAC MEETING - SEPTEMBER 23, 2004
The next meeting of the International Operations Advisory Committee (IOAC) will take
place on Thursday, September 23, 2004 at the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H St., N.W.,
Washington, D.C. in the David Silver Conference Room (DSCR) on the 12th floor. Continental
breakfast will be available at 8:30 a.m. The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m., lunch will be
provided and the meeting will conclude at approximately 2:30 p.m.
The preliminary agenda for the International Operations Advisory Committee meeting
is attached for your review. Attire for the meeting is business.

Committee Dinner
There will be a Committee dinner on Wednesday, September 22nd at the Vidalia
Restaurant, which is located at 1990 M Street, NW. The restaurant’s phone number is 202-659-
1990. A reception will begin at 6:30 p.m. and dinner will follow at 7:00 p.m. The Institute’s
policy is to bill individual committee members who choose to attend for their portion of the
dinner. Attire for the dinner is business casual.
