RE: CONFERENCE CALL TO DISCUSS IRS REQUEST FOR COMMENTS ON FORM 1120-
RIC
The Internal Revenue Service (the “IRS”) has invited comments concerning Form 1120-
RIC, U.S. Income Tax Return for Regulated Investment Companies.1 A conference call has been
scheduled for Wednesday, September 8th at 2:00 (EDT) to discuss potential comments with
respect to the Form. Comments are due by October 1, 2004.
If you would like to participate in the call, please complete the attached response form
and fax or e-mail it to Ezella Wynn by Tuesday, September 7th at noon.
