RE: REMINDER - NOTICE OF MEETING - SEPTEMBER 22, 2004
In conjunction with the Institute’s Equity Markets Conference, a meeting of the Equity
Markets Advisory Committee has been scheduled for Wednesday, September 22, 2004 at the
New York Marriott Financial Center Hotel, 85 West Street, New York, New York. The meeting
will be held at 2:30 p.m. The specific location of the meeting will follow under separate cover.
Following the conclusion of the meeting, we are planning a dinner for Committee members as
well as conference speakers at 6:30 p.m. The location of the dinner also will follow under
separate cover.
If you have not done so already, please indicate in the spaces provided below whether
you and/or another person from your firm plan to attend the meeting and the dinner following
the meeting. In addition, please provide on the form below any items that you would like to
discuss at the meeting.
