RE: NOTICE OF MEETING - APRIL 27, 1990

The State Liaison Committee meeting has been scheduled for
1:30 p.m. on Friday, April 27, 1990. The meeting will be held in
the Institute's Conference Room, 1600 M Street, N.W., Washington,
D.C. Lunch will be served at noon, followed by the meeting.
A meeting with Jack Herstein, Assistant Director of the
Nebraska Securities Bureau, has also been scheduled for 11:00
a.m. in the Institute's Conference Room to discuss Nebraska's
indefinite registration procedure.
This date coincides with activities that NASAA has planned
for that week in connection with their annual Spring Conference.

Because of the increasing size of our standing committees,
