RE: TAX COMMITTEE CONFERENCE CALL TO DISCUSS DRAFT SUBMISSION ON
PROPOSED SWAP REGULATIONS
As discussed at the recent Tax Committee meeting, there will be a conference call for the
Committee to discuss the Institute’s draft submission on Treasury’s proposed regulations on the
taxation of notional principal contracts (“swaps”) with contingent nonperiodic payments.1
The conference call will be Tuesday, June 22 at 2:00 pm (Eastern). The dial-in number
