RE: RUSSELL INDEX REBALANCE - JUNE 25, 2004
As we previously informed you, the Russell Index rebalance is scheduled to occur on
Friday, June 25, 2004.1 Additionally, Nasdaq’s Mutual Fund Quotation Service will close at 6:10
p.m. rather than 5:55 p.m., on June 25, 2004. This change is being made to coincide with the
annual Russell reconstitution of its indexes.
