This is to notify you that there will be a meeting of the
Accounting/Treasurers Committee and the Independent Accountants
Advisory Group starting at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 27, 1990
at the Grand Hyatt Washington which is located at 1000 H Street,
N.W., Washington, D.C. 20001. The meeting is expected to
continue until approximately 2:30 p.m. Lunch will be served.
For your convenience, we have booked sleeping rooms at the
Grand Hyatt for the night of Monday, March 26, 1990. To make
hotel reservations, please call The Grand Hyatt at 202/582-1234
by Monday, March 12, 1990 and ask for a room in the Investment
Company Institute block.
