[17382] April 14, 2004 TO: TAX COMMITTEE No. 12-04 RE: ARRANGEMENTS FOR JUNE 9 AND 10 TAX COMMITTEE MEETINGS IN SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA The next regularly scheduled meetings of the Tax Committee will be held on June 9 and June 10, 2004 in San Francisco, California at Wells Fargo Funds Management. All meetings will be held in the Yosemite conference room on the 12th Floor of Wells Fargo’s offices at 525 Market Street. The Wednesday, June 9 subcommittee meeting (on an issue to be determined within the next few weeks) will begin at 2:00 p.m. and be preceded by lunch. The Thursday, June 10 Tax Committee meeting will begin at 9:30 a.m. and be followed by lunch. Meeting Response Form If you plan to attend either (or both) of these meetings, please complete the attached meeting response form and either fax it to Ezella Wynn at 202-326-5841 or e-mail it to her at ewynn@ici.org. Those who return the meeting response form will be provided a preliminary agenda and information regarding the committee activities (i.e. the committee dinner and alternative event) that we are planning for Wednesday evening and a Saturday event in Napa Valley being organized by John McBeth of Franklin Resources. Please make your hotel reservations by calling the hotel directly at (415) 896-1600.
