The Guidance Priority List is published annually to identify and prioritize the tax issues that should be addressed through regulations, revenue rulings, revenue procedures, notices and other published administrative guidance. The Institute plans to submit a letter recommending tax and pension items to be included on the list by the IRS deadline of April 30, 2004.
