Attached for your review is a draft letter in response to the Department of Labor’s
proposed safe harbor regulation on automatic rollovers. Please review the draft and provide
any comments to me (at 202-326-5837 or tkim@ici.org) by Tuesday, March 30, as the letter must
be submitted to the Department of Labor by April 1.
In addition, a conference call has been scheduled for Tuesday, March 30, at 2:00 p.m.
Eastern Time, to discuss the draft letter. To sign up for the call, please fax the attached
