CERTAIN CORRECTED RETURNS

Attached is a copy of IRS Announcement 90-19, which states
that the Service will now accept original Forms 5498 and all
corrected returns for Forms 1099 series, 1098 and 5498
electronically. The due date for electronically transmitted
Forms 5498 will be extended to July 2, 1990.
