Attached is the agenda for the Insurance Company-DTC-
FUND/SERV Advisory Committee meeting which will be held starting
at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 14, 1990 in the Sixth Floor
Board Room of the Investment Company Institute which is located
at 1600 M Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20036. The meeting is
expected to continue until approximately 2:30 p.m. Lunch will be
served.
