RE: DRAFT INSTITUTE LETTER TO VENTURA COUNTY

Attached is a draft of a letter to Ventura County,
California concerning certain provisions of its hold-harmless
agreement. The format of this letter would be adapted for
correspondence with other counties that have agreements with
similar types of provisions.
Please contact me with your comments on the letter, as well
as recommendations concerning to whom this letter should be sent,
by Tuesday, February 20. In addition, please let me know of any
revisions to the Ventura agreement that might affect the letter.
