RE: JANUARY 9 CONFERENCE CALL TO DISCUSS LETTER TO DOL ON MARKET
TIMING
A conference call will be held with members of the Pension Committee and the Pension
Operations Advisory Committee on Friday, January 9, at 2:00 pm (Eastern) to discuss a draft
Institute submission to the Department of Labor on market timing issues. The draft letter,
reflecting comments received on a draft circulated earlier this month,1 will be circulated to the
committees for review in advance of the call.
