RE: CONFERENCE CALL TO DISCUSS THE STATUS OF DIRECTED TRUSTEES UNDER
ERISA SCHEDULED FOR WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 12
A conference call has been scheduled for Wednesday, November 12, 2003 at 1:30 p.m.
EST to discuss recent legal developments concerning the status of directed trustees under
ERISA. We will discuss the impact of recent decisions in the Enron litigation and other cases,
which have examined the responsibilities of retirement plan trustees that are subject to the
direction of a named fiduciary under section 403(a)(1) of ERISA.
