As we have previously informed you, the Investment Company
Institute is sponsoring, exclusively for our members, a series of
investment adviser workshops concerning investment adviser
advertising and solicitation issues and specific recordkeeping
requirements under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.
These workshops are planned in lieu of an Investment
Advisers Conference in 1990. Date, location, hotel, and
registration information for the workshops follows.

program and a registration form. Please note that additional
registrants from the same organization will receive a
substantially reduced registration fee.
