TIMING
At its meeting on Friday, October 3, 2003, the Board of Governors will consider actions
the Institute should take regarding late trading, market timing and related issues. The
Executive Committee has been considering these matters. Prior to the meeting, we will provide
you with information which will form the basis for Board consideration.
