[16508] September 8, 2003 TO: SEC RULES COMMITTEE No. 72-03 RE: NOTICE OF SEC RULES COMMITTEE MEETING AND WEST COAST VIDEOCONFERENCE - OCTOBER 21, 2003 A meeting of the SEC Rules Committee has been scheduled for Tuesday, October 21st at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. The meeting will be held in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th Floor at 1:00 p.m. Eastern time. Lunch will be available from 12:00 – 12:45 p.m. Participation by videoconference will be available to Committee members at the offices of Wells Fargo Funds Management, 633 Folsom Street, 1st Floor, San Francisco, CA 94107 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific time. Lunch will be served following the meeting in California. Please indicate on the attached response form whether you or an alternate will attend the meeting, either in Washington, D.C. or by videoconference from California.
