RE: BDAC MEETING NOTICE - SEPTEMBER 10, 2003
The next meeting of the Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee will be held on
Wednesday, September 10, 2003, at the offices of the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation
(DTCC) located at 55 Water Street in New York City. A continental breakfast will be served at
8:30 a.m. and the meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. Lunch will be served at noon and the meeting
is expected to conclude at 2:00 p.m.
ACCOMMODATIONS AT THE MARRIOTT EAST SIDE HOTEL
If you require overnight accommodations, please contact the Marriott East Side Hotel
located at 525 Lexington Avenue. The room rate is $189 plus tax. To make reservations, call the
hotel directly at 212/755-4000 or central reservations at 800/228-9290. Please be sure to mention
that you are attending an Investment Company Institute (ICI) Broker/Dealer Advisory
Committee function. You must make your reservations no later than August 22 to receive this
discounted rate.
BDAC DINNER
There will be a BDAC dine around on the evening of September 9. We have selected four
restaurants; please rank your order of preference on the attached meeting response sheet.
Dinner reservations are at 7:00 pm. All restaurants are within walking distance of the Marriott
East Side Hotel. Attendees will be billed for their portion of dinner.
MEETING ATTENDANCE
Please complete the attached meeting response form and indicate whether or not you or
a representative of your firm will be attending the September 10th meeting and the dinner on the
9th. A week prior to the meeting, attendees will receive a package containing attendee lists, a
summary of discussion points and supporting documentation for the agenda topics. If you have
any agenda items you wish to add, please include them on the form or email them to Justine
Phoenix -- justine@ici.org.
