RE: TAC MEETING AND BCP ROUNDTABLE - OCTOBER 16 & 17, 2003
The next meeting of the Technology Advisory Committee will take place on Thursday
October 16, 2003 at The Eaton Vance Building, 255 State Street, Boston, Massachusetts (617 598-
8230). On October 17, the Committee will conduct a Business Continuity Roundtable at the
same location. The Committee meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. on October 16 with “shop talk”
discussion and conclude for the day at approximately 3:00 p.m. The BCP Roundtable will
commence on October 17 at 9:00 a.m. and conclude at approximately 3:00 p.m.
Committee participants are urged to submit “shop talk” questions as soon as possible
for use during the October 16 meeting. Further, based on Committee responses to a survey, the
BCP Roundtable will be structured to accommodate substantial discussion among participants.
As such, if you have not already done so, please submit discussion topics. These submissions
are attributable and will form the basis for participant interaction. Participation in the
Roundtable will be limited.
There will be a Committee dinner held on October 16. The dinner will take place at
Taranta, which is located at 210 Hanover Street (North End) Boston, Massachusetts (617) 720-
0052. A reception will begin at 6:30 p.m. and dinner will follow at 7:00 p.m. Institute policy is to
bill for dinner individual committee members who choose to attend.
