RE: RUSSELL INDEX REBALANCE - JUNE 30, 2003
The Institute has received notice that on Monday, June 30, 2003, NASDAQ will extend
the closing time for its Automated Confirmation Transaction Service (ACT) to 5:45 p.m. from
the normal 5:15 p.m. Furthermore, Nasdaq’s Mutual Fund Quotation Service (MFQS) will close
at 6:15 p.m. rather than 5:55 p.m., on June 30, 2003. This change is being made to coincide with
the annual Russell reconstitution of its indexes.
