Attached is the preliminary agenda for the Tax Committee meeting to be held in Denver
Colorado on June 5, 2003 -- beginning at 9:30 a.m. As we previously informed you, this meeting
-- as well as the meeting on June 4 (beginning at 2:00 p.m.) to cover issues relating to the new
tax act1 and distressed debt -- will be held at the Hyatt Regency Denver, 1750 Welton Street.2
Attire for these meetings will be business casual.
