RE: CORRECTED NOTICE OF MEETINGS, JANUARY 30, 1990

Attached is a corrected notice regarding the meetings of
your committees scheduled for January 30, 1989. The first notice
which we sent to you on behalf of your committee chairmen, Robert
Holley and Keith Rudolf, listed the same time for both committees
to meet. This is not the case. The Unit Investment Trust
Committee will meet at 10:00 a.m. and the Investment Advisers
Committee will meet at 1:30 p.m. following the luncheon. The
other details remain the same.
If you have already responded to the first notice (See
Memorandum to Investment Advisers Committee No. 51-89 and to Unit
Investment Trust Committee No. 83-89, dated December 12, 1989),
you need not respond again. But please note the correct time on
your calendar. We apologize for the confusion.
