the Unit Investment Trust Committee at noon. The meeting will be
held at the Madison Hotel, 15th & M Streets, N.W., Washington,
D.C. The cut-off date for room reservations is January 8, 1990.

Please remember that space at the meetings is limited to
members of the Investment Advisers Committee, the Unit Investment
Trust Committee, or their alternates. To assist us in obtaining
an accurate account of attendees, it is important that you
