RE: NOTICE OF MEETING AND VIDEOCONFERENCE - MAY 13, 2003
A meeting of the Compliance Advisory Committee has been scheduled for Tuesday,
May 13, 2003, at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W.,
Washington, D.C. The meeting will be held in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th
Floor at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Lunch will be served before the meeting from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m.
Participation by videoconference will be available to Committee members at the offices
of Barclays Global Investors - 45 Fremont Street, San Francisco, CA at 10:00 a.m., Pacific Time.
Lunch will be served following the meeting in California.
Please indicate on the attached response form whether you or an alternate will attend
the meeting, either in Washington, D.C. or by videoconference from California. In addition,
please provide any items that you would like to discuss at the meeting.
