The International Committee will hold a conference call on Wednesday, April 23rd,
2003 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern time to discuss recent developments affecting mutual funds investing
or operating in Taiwan. The discussion will be led by Tom McGowan, a partner in the Taipei
office of Russin & Vecchi. We expect this call to last approximately one hour.
