RE: MARK YOUR CALENDARS -- JUNE 4 AND 5 TAX COMMITTEE MEETINGS IN
DENVER, COLORADO
The next regularly scheduled meetings of the Tax Committee will be held in
Denver, Colorado at the Hyatt Regency Denver, 1750 Welton Street, Denver,
Colorado on June 4 and June 5, 2003. The subcommittee meeting will begin at 2:00 p.m. on
Wednesday June 4th. The regular meeting of the Tax Committee will begin on Thursday
June 5th at 9:30 a.m. A light lunch will be available after the meeting.
Meeting Response Form
If you plan to attend either (or both) of these meetings, please complete the
attached meeting response form and either fax it to Ezella Wynn at 202-326-5841 or
e-mail it to her at ewynn@ici.org. Those who return the meeting response form will be
provided a preliminary agenda and information regarding the committee activities
(e.g., a committee dinner) that we are planning for Wednesday evening.
Hotel Reservations
Please make your hotel reservations by calling the Hyatt Regency Denver
directly at 1-800-223-1234 or 303-295-1234. To receive the preferred hotel rate of
$149.00 single/double occupancy, reserve your hotel room by May 9, 2003, and
mention the Investment Company Institute group rate when making the reservation.
