RE: INCREASE IN SEC FILING FEES; EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 22

For your information, the President yesterday signed into
law appropriations for the Securities and Exchange Commission.
As part of the appropriations provision, SEC filing fees were
increased. Fees paid pursuant to Section 6(b) of the Securities
Act of 1933 were raised from 1/50th of 1% to 1/40th of 1% of the
aggregate offering amount. The new filing fees became effective
at 8:00 a.m. today.
