[15519] January 7, 2003 TO: SEC RULES COMMITTEE No. 3-03 RE: NOTICE OF MEETING IN WASHINGTON, DC AND VIDEOCONFERENCE IN SAN FRANCISCO, CA - FEBRUARY 13, 2003 A meeting of the SEC Rules Committee meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, February 13, 2003 at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, NW, Washington, D.C. The meeting will be held in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th floor at 1:00 p.m. Eastern time. Lunch will be served from 12:00 to 12:45 p.m. Participation by videoconference will be available to Committee members at the offices of Charles Schwab & Co., 120 Kearny Street, San Francisco, CA. The videoconference will be held in the Clift Conference Room on the 29th Floor, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Pacific time. Lunch will be served following the meeting in California. Please indicate on the attached response form whether you or an alternate will attend the meeting, either in Washington, D.C. or by videoconference from California.
