RE: CONFERENCE CALL TO DISCUSS PROTOTYPE PLANS AND SMALL EMPLOYER
COMPLIANCE
A conference call has been scheduled for Monday, December 9, 2002 at 1:00 p.m. EST to
discuss ideas for improving small employer compliance in the area of prototype retirement
plans. Future proposals may include increased involvement on the part of the Internal Revenue
Service as well as prototype sponsors; therefore, we would like your thoughts on the scope of
the problem of small employer compliance as well as suggestions for improvement.
If you would like to participate in this call, please complete the attached response form
and fax it to Brenda Turner by Friday, December 6, 2002. In addition, if there are particular
