RE: NOTICE OF MEETING - DECEMBER 13, 1989

This is to advise you that the next meeting of the combined
Accounting/Treasurers Committee and the Independent Accountants
Advisory Group is scheduled for Wednesday, December 13, 1989 from
10:00 a.m. until approximately 2:30 p.m. in Salon I of the
Arlington Ballroom at the Crystal Gateway Marriott which is
located at 1700 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, VA 22202.
The Crystal Gateway Marriott is just a few minutes from the
National Airport
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Crystal Gateway
Marriott for the night of Tuesday, December 12, 1989 at the rate
of $130.00. These rooms are being held under the name of the
Investment Company Institute and you must contact the hotel to
make your reservations by Wednesday, November 22, 1989. The
