RE: NOTICE OF MEETING AND VIDEOCONFERENCE - NOVEMBER 12, 2002
A meeting of the Compliance Advisory Committee has been scheduled for Tuesday,
November 12th at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W.,
Washington, D.C. The meeting will be held in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th
Floor at 1:30 p.m. Eastern time. Lunch will be available from 12:30 – 1:15 p.m.
Participation by videoconference will be available to Committee members at the offices
of Dodge & Cox, 1 Sansome Street, 32nd Floor, San Francisco, CA, at 10:30 a.m., Pacific time.
Lunch will be served following the meeting in California.
Please indicate on the attached response form whether you or an alternate will attend
the meeting, either in Washington, D.C. or by videoconference from California. In addition,
please provide any items that you would like to discuss at the meeting.
