RE: BTAC MEETING - OCTOBER 3, 2002
The next meeting of the Bank and Trust Advisory Committee will be held on Thursday,
October 3 at the offices of the Vanguard Group located at 100 Vanguard Boulevard in Malvern,
PA. The meeting will be held in the Majestic Building, Room #162. Continental breakfast will be
served at 8:30 a.m. and we will begin the meeting at 9:00 a.m. Lunch will be served at noon and
the meeting is expected to conclude by 2:00 p.m. After the meeting, committee members will
participate in a tour of Vanguard’s technology facilities. The tour will conclude by 3:00 p.m.
Transportation to the meeting will depart from the lobby of the Wyndham Valley Forge
Suites promptly at 8:15 a.m. At the conclusion of the meeting, a shuttle bus will return to the
Wyndham Valley Forge Suites from Vanguard at 3:00 p.m.
RECEPTION AND DINNER – OCTOBER 2
On October 2, there will be a BTAC dinner at the General Warren Inne located at Old
Lancaster Highway (9 Village Way) in Malvern at 7:00 p.m. Transportation will leave from the
Wyndham Valley Forge Suites lobby at 6:30 p.m. The shuttle bus will depart from the restaurant
at 9:00 p.m. to return to the Wyndham.
Attire for all events is business casual.
