There have been numerous occasions when we have been asked
if there is an index to the Investment Company Institute's legal
memoranda. We do have one and as of this year it has been
computerized and is accessible by all Institute members who use
our FUNDS System. FUNDS (Fund Users Network and Delivery System)
is our means of electronic communication with members. Many of
your firms already have this capability, but you may not be aware
that the index to our memoranda is one of its features. If you
need direction in how to access the index or any other
information about FUNDS, you may call Mike Halbrook in the
Institute's Operations Department.
Additionally, our bimonthly publication, portfolio,
contains a listing of all ICI memoranda sent out during the
previous two-month period.
