RE: NOTICE OF MEETING AND VIDEOCONFERENCE - OCTOBER 2, 2002
The International Committee will hold its next meeting on Wednesday, October 2, 2002.
Attached is the preliminary agenda.
The meeting will be held at the Investment Company Institute in Washington D.C. with
videoconference participation available from San Mateo, California. The details for the two
locations are listed below:

The meeting will begin at 1:30 p.m. Eastern time (10:30 a.m. Pacific time). Lunch will
be available in both locations, prior to the meeting in Washington and following the meeting in
San Mateo.
