RE: PRELIMINARY AGENDA FOR SEPTEMBER 17 MEETING
The next meeting of the Adviser/Distributor Tax Issues Task Force -- as announced in a
memorandum sent in early August1 -- is scheduled for September 17, 2002, at 10:00 a.m., in the
David Silver Conference Room, on the 12th Floor of the Institute’s office at 1401 H Street, NW,
Washington DC 20005. The meeting will focus on state tax issues affecting fund advisers and
distributors and on other issues. A preliminary agenda for the meeting is attached.
If you would like to attend the meeting but have not yet completed a meeting response
