OCTOBER 10 AND 11 JOINT PENSION AND PENSION OPERATIONS ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETINGS

[15051] August 23, 2002 TO: PENSION COMMITTEE No. 34-02 PENSION OPERATIONS ADVISORY COMMITTEE No. 57-02 RE: OCTOBER 10 AND 11 JOINT PENSION AND PENSION OPERATIONS ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETINGS IN SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA The next regularly scheduled joint meetings of the Pension and Pension Operations Advisory Committees will be held in San Francisco, California at the offices of Capital Research and Management (One Market, Steuart Tower, Suite 1800—at the corner of Market and Steuart Streets) on October 10 and 11, 2002. Preliminary agendas for these meetings will be distributed approximately two weeks before the meetings. Attire for these meetings will be business casual. October 10 Subcommittee Meeting The subcommittee meeting, which will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 10, will involve a detailed discussion of pension reform proposals and our legislative agenda for 2003. October 11 Committee Meeting The regular meeting of the Joint Committees, which will focus on both ongoing projects and current developments, will begin on Friday, October 11 at 9:30 a.m. Breakfast will be served. Following the meeting, a luncheon is planned at a location to be announced.
