RE: REMINDER - NOTICE OF MEETING - SEPTEMBER 24, 2002
In conjunction with the Institute’s Equity Markets Conference, a meeting of the Equity
Markets Advisory Committee has been scheduled for Tuesday, September 24, 2002 at the New York
Marriott Financial Center Hotel, 85 West Street, New York, New York. The meeting will be held at
2:30 p.m. The specific location of the meeting will follow under separate cover. Following the
conclusion of the meeting, we are planning a dinner for Committee members as well as conference
speakers at 6:30 p.m. The location of the dinner also will follow under separate cover.
Please indicate in the spaces provided below whether you or an alternate plan to attend the
meeting and the dinner following the meeting. In addition, please indicate whether you will be
bringing a guest to the dinner. Finally, please provide on the form below any items that you would
like to discuss at the meeting.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have not yet registered for the Equity Markets Conference on
September 25, please do so as soon as possible. The registration deadline for the conference is
