RE: STATE TAX LAW DEVELOPMENTS—CONFERENCE CALL NOTICE
A conference call has been scheduled for interested tax committee members and others
to discuss state tax law developments. In particular, we will be discussing the impact on funds
and their shareholders of recent initiatives in Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and
North Carolina. The call will be Thursday, August 8th at 2 PM EST. A meeting of the Task
Force on Adviser/Distributor Tax Issues will be held on September 17th to discuss state tax
issues with respect to the advisers.
If you would like to participate in the Tax Committee call, please complete the attached
response form and fax it to Ezella Wynn by Thursday, August 8th at noon.
