RE: IDAHO RAISES REGISTRATION FEES

The Idaho Department of Finance has issued the attached
policy statement announcing the revision of certain fees
effective January 1, 1990. The maximum fee for the registration
of securities will be raised from $750 to $1000 annually. The
initial and renewal fees for the registration of broker-dealers
and investment advisers will increase from $75 to $100 annually;
for agents, the annual fee increases from $15 to $20.
Future updates to the Institute's Blue Sky Guide and
Investment Advisers Guide will reflect these revisions.
