Attached are the preliminary program and registration form. The conference will feature a varied program of industry experts, government officials, and experienced fund directors sharing their perspectives on issues of interest and concern to the fund director community. Additionally, it will provide opportunities for fund directors to meet with their peers informally. We plan to open the conference with a general session addressing the role of fund audit committees. This will be followed by a panel focused on recent legislative and regulatory initiatives that are of interest to fund directors. Additional sessions will highlight techniques to efficiently manage board meetings, portfolio investing issues, and the process of evaluating director compensation.
