RE: ADVANCE NOTICE OF MEETING AND VIDEOCONFERENCE -- OCTOBER 2, 2002
The purpose of this memorandum is to advise you of important changes in connection
with the next meeting of the International Committee, scheduled for October 2, 2002.
At this meeting we will offer for the first time videoconference capabilities from a site in
California. In order to accommodate this change, the meeting will now begin at 1:30 p.m.
Eastern time in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th floor at the Institute. Lunch
will be served from 12:30 p.m. – 1:15 p.m.
Participation in the meeting by videoconference will be available to Committee members
at the offices of Franklin Resources, Inc., One Franklin Parkway, San Mateo, California, at 10:30
a.m. Pacific time. Lunch will be served following the meeting in California.
Details of the meeting, and a response form, will be sent a few weeks prior to the
meeting.
