RE: DRAFT AGENDA FOR JUNE 18TH MEETING; CALIFORNIA VIDEOCONFERENCE
Attached is the draft agenda for the SEC Rules Committee meeting scheduled for
Tuesday, June 18th. If there are other issues that you would like us to include on the agenda,

The meeting will be held at 1:30 p.m. Eastern time in the David Silver Conference Room
on the 12th floor at the Institute. Lunch will be served from 12:30 p.m. – 1:15 p.m. Committee
members may participate in the meeting by videoconference at the offices of Franklin
Templeton Investments, 920 Franklin Parkway, San Mateo, CA, at 10:30 a.m. Pacific time, in the
H.L. Jamieson Auditorium. Lunch will be served following the meeting in California.
If you have not already done so, please indicate on the attached response form whether
you or an alternate will attend the meeting, either in Washington, D.C. or by videoconference
from California. (Only one person per complex may attend.) Please fax your response form to
