RE: OCTOBER 19 MEETING

Attached is a tentative agenda for the October 19 meeting
of the Unit Investment Trust Committee. The meeting will begin
at 10:00 a.m. and will be held at the Institute. (It is likely
that we will spend much of the meeting discussing the report of
the Yield Subcommittee.) I look forward to seeing you at the
